Dont Stop Me Now: Wannabe Stars get Blasted To the Top!

Whether you like it or not, the acts on Sky 1's hilarious talent show, 'Don't Stop me Now' will grab your attention by diving for the stage in hopes of shunning the audience for 100 seconds. But don't worry ,any acts that fail to entertain are zapped off the stage into infinity. The trailer shows acts flying up into the air and blasted through walls. Yes it really is as outrageous and hilarious as it sounds. With the flamboyant host Louis Walsh  from Pineapple Studios we can expect to be led to the most appalling, outlandish or amazing acts in the UK.

The overall concept of 'Don't stop me now' seems like something someone hullicinated on LSD or mushrooms whilst watching  Britain's got Talent. The surreal concept of acts being blown through the air and blasted through brick walls gives a  caricature, animated  feel, the genius benefit of this is that this type of humour will appeal to children just as much as adults. The host Louis Walsh suits  the 'over -the -top' tone of the show and provides extra laughs for the audience.
The comical aspect may cause the show to be viewed more as a comedy rather than talent show , however, the rounds of pitifall, cringe worthy auditionees could also be seen to emphasize the talent of those with true stardom in comparison.
